These terms cover using sweetrecipestudio.com and buying The Ultimate Café Dessert Collection from Sweet Recipe Studio, which operates from Alberta, Canada. By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply.

1. What you're buying

The Ultimate Café Dessert Collection is a digital PDF recipe collection of café-style desserts: 15 main recipes plus 5 bonus recipes. Each recipe includes a hero photo, step-by-step photos, difficulty, timing, servings, calories, tips and variations, and storage notes; select recipes also include an additional "Secret Twist" technique.

It is a digital product only. No physical item is shipped, and nothing about the description above changes based on how you open the file.

2. Price and payment

The price shown on this site at checkout is USD 15.00, a one-time payment with no subscription. We may change the price in the future; a price change does not affect an order you have already completed. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, on Stripe's own checkout page and under Stripe's own terms. We do not see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

After your payment is successfully completed, we email a download link for the PDF to the email address you gave at checkout. Delivery is automated, so the email normally follows your payment without manual steps, but we cannot promise an exact delivery time.

You are responsible for giving a valid, correctly typed email address at checkout.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam and promotions folders.
If you still cannot find it, contact us through the Contact page and we will help you get your file.

The confirmation message this website may show when you return from checkout is a courtesy notice. It is not proof of payment or a receipt; payment is confirmed by Stripe, and your download email is sent after payment is successful.

4. Availability and technical limitations

We aim to keep the site and the download available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The site, checkout, email delivery, or the download link may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party services (such as Stripe or email providers), or problems outside our control. If this affects your order, contact us and we will help.

5. Your licence to use the collection

When you buy The Ultimate Café Dessert Collection, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF, including printing copies for your own use.

You're welcome to use the recipes to make desserts for yourself, your household, or to sell as finished desserts — for example, at a bake sale, a market stall, or a home bakery. That's exactly what the collection is for. The restrictions below are about the PDF itself, not about what you bake from it.

You may not:

Resell, share, upload, copy for redistribution, republish, or publicly post the PDF (or copies of its pages, text, or photos) so that someone who hasn't purchased their own copy can obtain it;
Give or send your copy to someone else in place of them buying their own;
Remove or alter any branding, credit, or copyright notice included in the file.

6. Intellectual property

The written descriptions, tips, photography, layout, and design of The Ultimate Café Dessert Collection, and the content of this website, are protected by copyright and remain the property of Yulia Panarina. We don't claim copyright over the underlying ingredient lists or the basic steps of a recipe, which generally aren't protected by copyright on their own. Your licence does not transfer ownership of the collection's content to you.

7. Refunds

Because this is a digital product, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits, removes, or reduces any right you have under consumer-protection law that applies to your purchase, including any right relating to digital content, where that right cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Support

If you have trouble with your order, your download, or the file itself, contact us via the Contact page and we'll help resolve it.

10. No professional or dietary advice

Recipes are provided for home cooking and entertainment purposes. If you have food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, please check ingredients carefully. If you sell finished desserts, you are responsible for meeting any food-safety, labelling, and licensing requirements that apply to you. Sweet Recipe Studio is not responsible for individual dietary outcomes.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, this website and The Ultimate Café Dessert Collection are provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, the site, or the law change. An update applies from the date it is posted and does not change the terms that applied to a purchase you already completed. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Subject to any consumer rights you have under the law where you live, any dispute about these terms is subject to the courts of Alberta.
